About Our Office:

Tierrasanta means "holy ground" and refers to the neighborhood's proximity to Mission San Diego, the first of the California missions.  The community calls itself "The Island in the Hills."  This unique area is bordered by the large expanse of Mission Trails Park, yet is only a 20-minute drive to downtown San Diego.  Conveniently located near I-15 and Hwy. 52, Tierrasanta is an easy drive to many of the area's beaches and attractions, as well as many of San Diego 's business districts.  

The Coldwell Banker Tierrasanta office has been a fixture in the community since the area's development in the early 1970's and the dominant real estate brokerage, doing more than 6 times the number of transactions than the next nearest competitor.  However, Tierrasanta sales represent only a third of the office's business with the larger portion encompassing surrounding neighborhoods in the central area of the city and county of San Diego.  In 2006 the office did nearly $150 million in sales volume.
