 I have been  a Realtor since 1975 and licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1981. I  enjoy serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers.  I specialize in the Coastal areas of La Jolla,  Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach and Pt Loma.  I have also  been active in University City, Clairemont,  Bay Park Carmel Valley, Del Mar and Scripps Ranch. 

In this economy, I especially welcome any questions or concerns  from sellers regarding Short Sales and Foreclosures. I  have the SFR ( Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designation from the National Association of Realtors. I am experienced in listing, selling  and negotiating short sales !

My goals are to bring sustainable home ownership to buyers, increase information access to buyers and sellers and to absolutely bring the highest possible level of service to my clients. I am committed to help my clients with the most important financial  investment of their lives.

I also enjoy staying current on all of  the latest  technologies and my hobbies include painting, reading, golf and walking at  the ocean.
