Denise Dirks is a graduate of Biola University, where she earned her B.S. in Mathematics. After spending 20 years programming for nationally known companies such as Northrop, ARCO, and Thomas Bros. Maps, as well as having spent time consulting to the University of Texas at Dallas, she ventured into Real Estate. She now uses her understanding of math and computers to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate transaction process.

She grew up in Los Angeles County, lived in Orange County for more than 20 years, and now lives in Fallbrook. She is very familiar with the North San Diego and Southern Riverside County areas. She appreciates the value of real estate in these diverse communities. She dedicates her time to helping others find a home where they too can enjoy the life style available in these areas.

As a listing agent, her extensive marketing plan, including optimal use of the internet as well as traditional marketing, gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her property.

For buyers, she researches the listings on the market daily and frequently previews properties as they come on the market. She searches until she find the property that most closely fits the needs and desires of the client. She spends time acquainting her clients with the current market trends and works with them to prepare their purchase offer to facilitate the best possible deal .

Nothing satisfies her more than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime.

In her spare time, she spends time with her family, including three grown daughters, three sons-in-law, a son and daughter-in-law and seven grandchildren.
