Professional Bio

Deanne's Real Estate experience began with building and selling homes for profit with her husband, general contractor, Matt Anderson. With three generations of builders in the Anderson family, Real Estate has become second nature. Since earning a bachelor’s Degree from CSUN in 1986, Deanne has gained professional experience in sales, property management and commercial Real Estate. Her unique expertise of the market comes not only from building in the area but from growing up in La Crescenta and residing throughout the Crescenta Valley. Currently she is a resident of La Canada. Honesty, integrity and a hard work ethic are the values in which Deanne conducts business. She is highly motivated and enjoys working with people.

Professional Experience

From 1984 – 1988 Deanne worked as a Sales Representative and Account Product Coordinator for Bradshaw Inc. South, a food broker in the Los Angeles area.

In 1990 Deanne began managing a 10 unit apartment building. She handles every aspect from changing light bulbs to screening and obtaining renters to paying the mortgage. Truly first hand property management experience.

In 1996, Deanne and her husband Matt began buying, renovating and selling homes in La Canada and La Crescenta. They have purchased, renovated / rebuilt several homes in the area with a price range of $650,000 - $2,500,000. Deanne obtained her Real Estate license in 2002 and has been a consistent top producer earning the "Previews" agent status for Coldwell Banker.

Personal Information

Deanne moved to La Crescenta in 1973. She attended local schools and is a graduate of Crescenta Valley High. Deanne has lived throughout the Crescenta Valley and is currently a resident of La Canada. She is married to Matt Anderson, a well respected General Contractor also born and raised in the Crescenta Valley area. Deanne and Matt have three beautiful daughters, Morgan (20), Madison (17) and Micaela (13). This is a family very involved in athletics…if you don’t find them at home they are probably on the volleyball court!
