II have been in the Real Estate business for over 23 years.  I am creative, have negotiating “SMART” skills and I am always available to help in real estate negotiating.  I specialized in residential homes, condos, multi-unit properties, and 1031 tax deferred exchange.

Personal Background

After graduation, my first job was an Accountant for 2 years; I found that I enjoy meeting new people and assisting them with their financial goals.  This is what has led me into Real Estate as my career.  I am married with two children, age 15 & 10, Darin attends Lowell High School and Monica attends Jefferson Elementary school.  I have a very supportive husband whom is backing me up while I am out for appointments.  Mason is in Pharmaceutical Research & Development field in BioMarin.
