Sue Carr- EXPECT MORE

During her 26 years in San Diego, Sue's avocation has been buying, selling, renovating and investing in residential real estate. Focusing on the North County with an emphasis on Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar,  Sue has earned the coveted President's Elite Award, putting her in the top 4% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.

Sue also holds the SRES and the GRI designations, as well as the Coldwell Banker Previews Specialist Award.  Less than 1% of Realtors nationally qualify for the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), whose members have sucessfully completed its educational program directed towards assisting the mature client in making wise real estate decisions. 

The GRI (Graduate Realty Institue) designation is one of the most prestigious designations in the Real Estate industry.  It is awarded only after completing an intensive twelve course curriculum.  The Preview Specialist is awarded to those agents experienced in selling fine homes priced at one million dollars and over. 

Sue started her sales career with IBM in Chicago and later transferred to San Diego. Here she entered the medical sales field where she continued to be a top performer for over fifteen years before going into real estate on a  full time basis.
