MISSION STATEMENT

Randy Fred is the branch manager of the Pasadena and La Cañada Flintridge offices.

Whether managing agents or working with buyers and sellers it is important to listen, ask questions, educate and demonstrate that your top priority is their comfort and success.

BIOGRAPHY

Randy Fred was reared in Beverly Hills and graduated from the University of Southern California. Upon graduation he became a talent agent with one of the nation’s top agencies. He left the agency business to become a personal manager and shortly thereafter decided to change careers and entered the field of real estate sales. 

Due to his expertise in marketing homes, representing buyers in their purchases and successfully negotiating transactions, Randy was asked to become part of the management team of Coldwell Banker. Always looking for new challenges, the opportunity to guide/direct others in becoming successful real estate professionals was irresistible.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

The experience of working with buyers and sellers, including many in highly-affluent  neighborhoods, added to his ability  to handle the many intricacies of managing and contributed greatly to his ability to develop strategies needed in developing a successful real estate career.

In 1999, Randy became the manager of the Pasadena office. Under his direction this office has repeatedly earned the distinction of being a Premier office. A designation only given to the leading offices in the nation. He is a multi-year member of the Presidents Council, a group of managers that are in the top 20 percent of the almost 800 offices owned by the Coldwell Banker’s NRT division.

In 2008 Randy Fred added the La Cañada Flintridge office to his management responsibilities. From the beginning this office has excelled in its production. It is the #1 office in selling and listing homes in the area. The office is staffed with a small group of expedrienced professionals that work together in a team like stmosphere.

ACHIEVEMENTS

He is proud to have been recognized twice by his company as a “Manager of the Year”. His office continues to be ranked among the most sucessful and productive office in the nation. The Pasadena office and the La Cañada Flintridge office are the leading real estate offices in the areas in which his agents are specialists. During his active sales career he qualified as a member of the President’s Elite—representing the top 1% of agents nationwide. Throughout his career both Randy and his office have been honored with several awards.

Randy’s Certification by industry leader, Tom Ferry, in the art of coaching agents in all aspects of their careers, focusing on the marketing of their listings and themselves, has given him the opportunity to more effectively guide his agents towards their goals.

 His negotiation and marketing expertise --- perfected over many years-- his passion, integrity and availability are attributes that have contributed greatly to his ability to successfully and repeatedly work with his agents and their clients . Close working relationships with other managers and agents, locally and nationally, brings a unique and added advantage to his marketing capabilities.

IN CONCLUSION

Additionally, Randy was a past restaurant owner. He continues to publish a list of some 450 California restaurants that is distributed to his friends, clients and agents. He and his wife, Carol, are gourmet cooks who entertain frequently. They enjoy scuba diving, skiing, golfing and have traveled extensively throughout the world. Their other interests are the Theatre, Opera and Rock Concerts. They share their home with two Italian Greyhounds and two Whippets.
