BACKGROUND

      Patti is a native of Sacramento; she attended American River College earning her A.A. in general education.  She continued her education at Sierra College and Allied Business School emphasizing on the principles and techniques of real estate and has earned her Brokers license.
      Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Patti was self-employed, owning a successful business for 18 years.  Her responsibilities included managing her employees and running the day-to-day operation of the business.
      Patti has been with Coldwell Banker since  February 2005 and has been in the top one hundred sales associates in the Sacramento / Tahoe Division in 2007 and  2009.

 My goal is to provide my clients with the utmost service.  I am honest, ethical, and fair and not afraid of hard work.   One of my greatest joys is to help people.   There is nothing more gratifying than handing over keys to my clients to open the front door of their wonderful new home, or bring an offer to clients whose home I have listed.  I believe in personal service and I want each and every client to know they are important and special to me.   My goal is to build a relationship with each and every client.  I do not want our relationship to end at the close of the transaction.  I am here for my clients.

There are many on-line Real Estate resources; I can make it very easy for anyone to keep track of the market.  I have a client alert e-mail program available to anyone that is interested in keeping an eye on the market in their area.  Simply e-mail or call me with the criteria of the homes you are interested in and I can set up an automated system customized just for you.  This system will send an e-mail when new homes meeting your criteria come onto the market.  It will also send you an alert when prices have been reduced.  Please let me know how I can help.
