• Local resident since 1974 and property owner since 1976, living in the communities of Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Atherton.
• Nancy worked for 8 years prior to earning a BS in Business with Advertising minor at San Jose State University and graduating in top 5% of the class.
• Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, Nancy enjoyed a fast-paced career in Marketing, Advertising, and Strategic Planning and held the position of VP - Client Services at a major San Francisco Advertising Agency.
• Nancy began her real estate career as a full time agent with Coldwell Banker in 1985 and was named "Rookie of the Year" that first year.
• Nancy began home "staging" in 1986 to achieve greater results for sellers.
