l have ten years real estate experience including working with buyers, sellers, rentals, builders and new construction. I have served as Vice President for The Woman's Council of Realtors from 2004-2005 and received the distinguished 2005 Woman's Council of Realtors "Member of the Year" award, Corpus Christi Chapter.  Additionally, I served as Vice President for the North Bay Coast Guard Spouses Club 2007-2009, and served as President from 2009-2011.

Did you know that 99% of the time, buyers do not pay a commission to their agent? The sellers agent has the listing agreement signed and secured prior to putting the listing on the market and MLS. The purchase agreement states that they will offer a co-operating agent(buyers agent) a percentage of their total commission agreed, to secure a ready, willing and qualified buyer! You have plenty of fees to worry about with the purchase of your investment,  it doesn't make any sense to have to worry about commissions too.
