Margaret is a Real Estate Broker and joined Coldwell Banker in 1993. She has owned property on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe since 1980 and is eager to share her extensive knowledge of the area with her clients. She knows her market and also caters to Westshore Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Tahoe Donner and our local ski areas.

Personal Background

Margaret is Irish and was raised in Scotland. She emigrated to Lake Tahoe in 1980, married her husband Fred, and they happily raised their children, Eric and Andrea in this very beautiful environment. 30 years later she calls Tahoe home and enjoys the fresh air,serenity and constant sunshine.
