As a real estate professional, Lisa Ohanesian-Gambill is known for her keen negotiating skills on behalf of both buyers and sellers. Her family roots go back three generations in the real estate business and she has acquired valuable skills from her father and grandparents.

Prior to her real estate career, Lisa was responsible for developing the children's programs for Mariners Church. She spent six years as the Children's Director and was known for her strong organizational skills and her overwhelming ability to recruit an abundance of loyal volunteers.

Before moving to Newport Beach, she worked for several major corporations in the field of advertising and marketing. Some of her clients included: Rockwell International, Bridgestone Tires, Sitmar Cruises and Kerr Home Canning Products.

Lisa graduated from Pepperdine University in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in Business and Communications. This combined degree has proven valuable in her business. One of the strongest testaments to Lisa's successful real estate career is her loyal following of clients and her strong referrals from satisfied homeowners.
