Lisa Wolfe is a Bay Area native who grew up in a real estate family and has focused her career over the past decade on San Francisco’s residential real estate market. This focus has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the subtleties of the city’s unique neighborhoods during many periods of different market conditions. Lisa has represented clients on both sides of a wide variety of transactions including trust sales, co-ops and condominiums, single-family homes, tenancies-in-common (TICs), and raw land sales.
Lisa has been recognized as a Top Producer at TRI/Coldwell Banker since the year she joined the firm. Most recently, Lisa was awarded the designation of International President’s Elite, signifying the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, as well as being in Coldwell Banker’s Top 100 of Northern California.
