Kim Collen-Ross has been the Manager of the Malibu Colony and Topanga Offices since 1989. She has brought the offices to their current market share dominance in Malibu and Topanga and was appointed Manager of the Year in both 2005 and 2011.  Kim's office has qualifed for the past fifteen years for NRT's President's Council which, yearly, honors the top 20% NRT Offices in the Nation.  Over the past twelve months, Coldwell Banker has represented over 50% of the listings sold on the beach in Malibu, with the next competitive broker having sold 17% of the properties. In representing both buyers and sellers in residential home sales in Malibu, over the last twelve months, Coldwell Banker has represented 41% of the transactions, with the next competitive broker at 9.5%. Kim attributes the success of her offices to her company's marketing strength, and the intensive investment that Coldwell Banker has made in technology and training.

The Malibu Colony and Topanga Offices have 61 experienced and productive agents. The offices and many of the agents are involved in numerous community activities including the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, the excellent Malibu schools, and the Malibu Board of Realtors.
