Joanne Blanchard, a twenty year veteran of real estate, was a Top Producing agent for a former national brokerage. Joanne is originally from New York but has been a resident of San Gabriel Valley since 1980.
She was graduated "Summa Cum Laude" with a Bachelor's Degree from Hofstra University and later received her Master's Degree. Her graduate work in English Literature and Composition was completed at Indiana University, Bloomington.
A twenty year member Pasadena Association of Realtors, Blanchard specializes: San Marino, Pasadena, Arcadia, San Gabriel, South Pasadena, Altadena, and Monrovia.
Her previous experience includes years of teaching: she was a secondary school teacher, an instructor at a junior college, and she spent one year at the University of Texas, El Paso as an instructor, as well.
