As a graduate of California State University Sacramento, Cecil Williams received his Bachelor of Science degrees in both Management Information Systems and Marketing in 1986.

Cecil O. Williams I, is a sixteen year expert of the Real Estate industry, over the years Cecil has developed a system of business that operates on honesty and integrity. Cecil is currently a member of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite and the prestigious Sacramento Assoication of Realtor's Masters Club as an Oustanding Life Member. Cecil has been piling up the awards and accolades from as far back as 1993. In 2006, Cecil was awarded Top Producer and Top Sales in the Greenhaven office.
