Professional Experience

Cathy is a full-time, professional REALTOR serving the greater Hollister and Willow Glen areas. Before entering real estate, Cathy owned and operated two dance studios. Her San Jose studio flourished under her ownership for twelve years and she opened a Hollister studio soon after arriving to Hollister. She sold her studio in Hollister after five years of operation to fulfill her new passion of working with families in attaining their Real Estate needs.

Professional Affiliations

Cathy is a member of the San Benito County Association of REALTORS® and the Santa Clara Association of Realtors. She is very active in the associations and is helping to shape the future of real estate  by serving as the SBCAOR'S 1998 Secretary.In 1999 Cathy Became President Elect, and in 2000 she was President. Cathy is also a member of the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that its members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.

Honors

Cathy was awarded Rookie of the Year honors during her very first year of business in 1996 and has been one of the area's highest producers ever since. Even though she is honored by the presentation of awards, Cathy's favorite award is the accolades of her many satisfied clients. Cathy was also honored as Top Producer  in the Hollister office for January and December of 2003. 

Personal Background

A Bay area native, Cathy has been a resident of Hollister for 16 years. She completed an intensive course of real estate training that gives her the edge in marketing & real estate knowledge. Previously A Project Manager on numerous homes built by local Contractors, Cathy has become very familiar with the building aspects of homes. She has considerable insight into architectural planning & design, and utilizes that knowledge to the benefit of her clients.

Cathy enjoyed raising 3 childrien in such a wonderful, small town atmoshpere. She is familiar of the area's schools & services available to families in  Hollister . Whether they need information on school district test scores or on the local Little League, families will find Cathy a valuable resource for information & direction.
