At various times in his career, he has worked with and learned from some of the highest achievers: Entrepreneurs, Olympians, Professional Athletes and Coaches. Some of his most memorable learning moments comes from his work with Special Olympians.
Asked about this, in a recent interview, Bingham noted, “ In order to be a great coach and teacher, you have to be willing to learn. We all can recall our most influential coach. I watched mine take something he learned in volunteering at Special Olympics and turn that into a teaching moment for his Olympic Gold Medalist.”

Since 1996, Greg Bingham has worked as a real estate agent in the Southern California Beach Areas, Greater Long Beach and South Bay. In 2003, upon retiring from his interest in his Sports Management Agency, he joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Beach. In 2006, Greg took over management of the 84 agent award winning office. In 2008, with the acquisition of his office, Greg joined his profitable practice with the expanding Coldwell Banker Los Angeles and Orange County Companies and returned to working directly with his clients.
Bingham returned to management with his position as Branch Manager of the Newport Beach Fashion Island and Lido Island offices. Once again placing on hold a highly successful sales practice for management,
