Elleene offers 20 years of dedicated real estate experience. Having raised two daughters locally, she also has hands-on experience with schools, businesses, and community activities available to clients. She works extensively with families, and as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, she offers her years of experience to retired homebuyers and sellers.

Elleene specializes in Coastal San Diego properties. At the same time, she has sold homes and condos throughout San Diego County. Designations; CRS, GRI, SRES

Elleene has earned CRS, GRI and SRES designations.

The CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation is only achieved by 3% of agents nationwide and signifies not only a large closed transaction volume but also extensive education and testing requirements. The CRS designation is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. It recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

The GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation requires 14 advanced courses of study to ensure that realtors have kept current on all of the latest technical and legal aspects of the real estate industry.

The GRI designation is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. When you see the letters "GRI" after an agent's name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance you need to make your transaction go smoothly.

The SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation identifies agents qualified to specialize in properties for senior citizens, age 50 and over.
