Introduction

I specialize in residential real estate in Danville, San Ramon,  Alamo, Walnut Creek, Blackhawk, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasanton & the surrounding areas. I work in both Contra Costa and Alameda counties.

I strive to keep my clients for life, by providing exceptional service.

Professional Philosophy

Your satisfaction is my goal. When I list a home I market it thoroughly so every buyer in that price range will know about your home. Then I will negotiate offers to sell it for the highest possible price. When I represent a client buying a home, I negotiate the terms to get them the best possible price. I am very skilled in the use of technology; from posting multiple digital photos of my listings to the web, to taking photos of a potential new home and emailing them to my relocating buyers. I have a  website with access to the MLS at www.DavidsonMLS.com. My extensive background in real estate finance benefits my clients as we go thru the loan contingencies and escrow process.  If you're over 55, I will also provide information to you about transfering your low property tax base.

Personal Background

I have lived in Contra Costa County since 1973, prior to that I lived in Barbados in the Caribbean. I reside in San Ramon with my husband and our twin daughters. In my leisure time I enjoy traveling to the Caribbean and Cabo, reading, and entertaining.  My husband and I have extensively remodeled all the homes we have owned, so I am able to help you envision what a few to many improvements can do to a home.

I have many years experience with our local schools: volunteering, PTA, and fundraising for them. My knowledge of the local school options can help you choose which neighborhood to buy a home in.
