Personal Background

Doug was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to San Francisco in 1988.    He has been an SF homeowner since 1994.   When not home with his two Welsh Corgis, or enjoying the company of family and friends, he can often be found indulging his passion for film and theater, or brushing up on his French in preparation for his next farflung adventure!

Doug is an active volunteer and supporter of Habitat for Humanity.    Besides "hammering nails and such" at local work sites, he originated, organizes, and sponsors his neighborhood's annual neighborhood garage sale where homeowners raise funds for Habitat's San Francisco chapter.
