Coldwell Banker’s Top 5% Internationally 2004, 2006, 2007

Anthony has been a licensed real estate agent since 2002 specializing in properties in San Francisco. Anthony was born and raised in San Francisco and grew up in a real estate family. His grandfather Nick Sapunar founded Sapunar Realty in San Francisco in the 1950s, and his father, John Christen, was at Sapunar Realty for over 33 years before selling it to Coldwell Banker. Consistently ranked among the top agents in San Francisco and Internationally, Anthony’s real estate sales have exceeded $ 60 million since 2003.

Anthony has deep experience representing both Buyers and Sellers, and strives to achieve the three goals for his clients:

(1)  Comfort

Buyer or selling property can be a stressful event and for many people is the single largest transaction of their lives. Anthony strives to demystify the buying or selling process as much as possible by sharing his knowledge and resources to make his clients comfortable with the transaction.

(2)  Care

There are numerous variables to consider when buying or selling a particular property. Anthony strives to provide his clients with the information and advice necessary to facilitate the decision-making process for each property.

(3)  Satisfaction

At the end of the day, buyers and sellers want to know that they received a “good deal”. Anthony strives to obtain the best deal possible for his clients, whereby one day, one month, or one year after the close of the transaction, his clients are satisfied with the knowledge that they received a “good deal”.

A Bay Area resident his entire life, Anthony and his wife Lora, have three children. Anthony is a licensed real estate broker and attended Notre Dame De Victoires, St. Ignatius College Prep, and Santa Clara University. In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, coaching little league baseball, and the rare golf outing.
