Annette joined Coldwell Banker in 1991 and has been a broker associate in San Francisco Real Estate for 28 years. She has always been known for "putting her clients first". Annette is a San Francisco native and an expert at pricing, marketing and negotiating. She has established a network of invaluable connections and a list of satisfied clients. Her knowledge and creative marketing approach make her a skilled listing agent. Since 1997, she has continually achieved annual recognition as one of Coldwell Banker's Top Producers. Annette's tenacity and patience gives her an advantage with working with clients during the rewarding home selling process. As an investor of San Francisco Real Estate since 1988, she has personally renovated and "condo-converted" her own multiple unit buildings. Therefore, she is very familiar with the San Francisco real estate law, including TIC and condo conversion laws and requirements.
