Alan has continually ranked among the top 1% real estate agents among the over 4,200 Northern California Coldwell Banker team in his over 15 years of managing real estate transactions and development deals. Alan provides strategic, candid, and savvy negotiations for  clients for all types of transactions, including deals on probate, trustee, short sale, and bank on properties.
