Since obtaining his doctorate in 2004, Wayne has pursued a career focused on real estate.  And, being a licensed Broker in two states (CA and LA), Wayne is excited by the opportunities – both in Commercial and Residential real estate – afforded by current economic conditions. 

By focusing on the Client – not just the property - Wayne handles real estate differently than most agents.  Wayne views his role as one of a trusted advisor and consultant – not as a salesperson. In terms of experience, Wayne has worked in a variety of situations requiring direct and personal attention to find a “win-win” agreement.  Year after year, both his sales and profit targets have been surpassed by 25 – 50 percent of his goals.

Wayne's knowledge of the area comes from both living in the Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and Hollywood Hills areas of Los Angeles as well as West Hollywood for the past 11 years and from being active in the community.  In years past, he was the Traffic Chair for the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council as well as a board member of the Hollywood Heights Association.

During the past four years, Wayne’s clients have relied upon his advice to either buy or sell real estate totaling more than $20 million. (And, just in case you were wondering, Wayne has “put his money where his mouth is” by investing in properties worth well over $2.5 million.) Wayne knows what it is like to be a buyer and a seller.  He is extremely familiar with the process (as an agent, as a seller and as a buyer).  Wayne’s firsthand knowledge of offers and counter-offers, the escrow process, inspections, and loan qualification guides his attentive and caring nature towards his clients. Wayne specializes in customer service.
