With over two decades of successful negotiating, marketing, and sales experience, Todd Baker brings exceptional commitment and care to his real estate clients.

Before joining Coldwell Banker as an agent, Todd was a film producer and movie studio executive, creatively and fiscally producing, supervising and marketing films for 20^th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, Miramax and Disney.

From his twenty year film studio career, Todd brings unparalleled negotiating and marketing skills to his real estate practice, uniquely serving his clients' real estate transactions as a highly effective executive.

A native of Pacific Palisades, Todd has lived in homes from the Hollywood Hills to Malibu, enabling him to offer clients thirty years of trusted perspective on Westside real estate.

A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University and a twice-patented inventor, Todd brings intelligence, curiosity, and a thorough, entrepreneurial drive to his real estate business.
