Commercial Investment Specialist

Ted provides brokerage and advisory services to clients in Investment, Industrial, and Commercial Property transactions.     Licensed since 1989, Ted is focused on using his financial and market analysis experience to assist clients in making and executing their investment management decisions.

Experience Counts

For 15 years, Mr. Caligiuri was an active management consultant and leader of a number of businesses, including a family held Real Estate Company.   His real estate experience includes work with major aerospace companies in facilities utilization analysis and disposition decisions.   He lead the direct purchase and build-out of a 40,000 square foot headquarters and orchestrated an entire company relocation for a prominent manufacturing company.   He has sold and leased industrial, office, and commercial and property throughout the North San Diego County market.   

Never Stop Learning and Improving

As a Certified Commercial Investment Memer (CCIM) candidate, Ted has completed the all of the course requirements for this designation.   He expects to complete the comprehensive exam required for this designation in 2005.  Ted received his M.B.A. at California State University, Long Beach, California and his B.A. at San Diego State University.  He continues to stay educated in all areas of Commercial Investment Management.
