Ron Martinez has been with Coldwell Banker for eight years, his primary focus being strong customer service for both residential commercial clients.  He is the Assistant Manager of the CB Northern Marin office. 

Consistently a top producer in his office, Ron has built a reputation for being a "solution-oriented" Realtor.  Whether he is working with sellers to develop the best strategy for marketing their property, or finding the perfect property for buyers, he maintains a focus both on details & a "big picture" strategy, which will ensure that his clients are well-informed to make choices satisfying both their long & short term goals. 

He enjoys working with buyers, & is very familiar with the local neighborhoods, particularly with the various school districts, having three children of his own.   He is a skilled negotiator with a strong background in contract & buying strategies, which is vital in the current market of multiple offers & limited inventory.   

For the last several years, he has specialized in short sales, which he has found both challenging, due to the intricacies of the transactions, & rewarding, as he has been able to help his clients move on from difficult situations.   

Regardless of which side of the transaction he is working on, he has the expertise to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients. 

On the commercial side, his investment focus is in developing personal & corporate strategies for his clients' real estate requirements.  He represents a number of general contractors, developers & institutional investors who are involved in development projects & brings to bear his own background of property acquisition, rehab & construction.  As an approved Coldwell Banker Commercial  Senior Advisor, he is able to utilize both the in-depth resources of CB Commercial, as well as the market penetration & enormous resources of Coldwell Banker Real Estate in order to provide the highest level of true "full Service" to his clients.
