Having been born into a family of California real estate professionals, Randi knows about buying and selling houses. She has a strong work ethic, natural enthusiasm and knowledge of how to solve a wide range of real estate problems. She ranks as one of the top Coldwell Banker agents on the Monterey Peninsula, in Northern California as well as the world and has sold nearly $200 million in the last decade.

Personal History

Randi lives in Pebble Beach and is a native Californian. After earning an MBA in Finance, she joined the management ranks of the Baby Bells and Exxon. Eager to be an entrepreneur at mid-life, she co-founded a successful internet site with her husband. Randi uses her finely honed marketing, computer and negotiation skills to help her clients with their real estate needs.

Community Involvement

Randi has volunteered for Hospice House in Monterey, the National Charity League, the Del Monte Property Owners Association, the Historic Garden League and the Carmel Foundation. Randi has played tennis with players from all of the Monterey Peninsula area clubs. She has 2 children. Her son who graduated from York as a National Merit Scholar Finalist and Georgetown University. He is an executive at CrossFit, working for the Founder/CEO, after helping start CrossFit Monterey and now works in DC. Her daughter who attended both Stevenson School, PG High and Monterey Peninsula College and graduated with a BS in a bio-chemistry at UC San Diego. She helps rapidly bio-tech companies communicate to investors and the media. She has volunteered at Stanford's Hopkins Lab in PG and in the emergency room at CHOMP.

Personal Perspective

As a native Californian and a transplant, someone who has lived on the East Coast and in Texas, Randi can personally relate to the circumstances of many of the buyers and sellers she meets.
