A native of New Mexico, Ben has spent the lion's share of his 30-year career in the entertainment industry, during which time he built a series of successful entrepreneurial businesses. His production company, Third Coast Video Inc. of Austin, Texas, housed in his Third Coast Studios complex, became the #1 broadcast quality television facility in the Southwest. A subsidiary, StellaCom Inc., for many years held the prime television contract for the entire NASA system, based at Johnson Space Center in Houston. During the 80's and 90's Ben produced a number of network music specials featuring Carole King, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Stevie Ray Vaughn and the Thunderbirds, as well as Benjamin Britten's CURLEW RIVER for the BBC. He also produced an Academy Award nominated feature documentary, FOR ALL MANKIND, chronicling the Apollo Missions, America's first voyages to the Moon. Ben is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of New Mexico, spent a year in the graduate School of Architecture at the University of Texas where he also took an MBA, and has served on several non-profit boards including Shakespeare in Santa Fe and the Rio Grande School. He is the father of two magnificent daughters. Ben vaulted into the elite Previews International Estates Division of Coldwell Banker in his first year as a licensed California real estate agent after selling over $22 M worth of property. He brings a wealth of business experience, a broad and deep knowledge base, and a refined sense of aesthetics to clients wishing to discover that place of sublime comfort, rejuvenation, and serenity each of us seeks in our home.
