Pat has really been a pleasure to work with during the entire home buying process. She has always responded to our emails or texts or calls almost immediately. She is very knowledgeable about the properties and real estate market in the areas we were looking at (Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley). Pat has given us very timely information about MLS comparables whenever we wanted to put in an offer on a property. She always collected our detailed feedback whenever we visited a property together to understand what we liked and what we didn't. Once we accepted the offer on the Simi Valley property, Pat was able to negotiate some credit from the seller for repair work, even though the seller had multiple other offers. She has had ample recommendations about lenders and home inspection agents and we went ahead with her recommendations. We found that Pat was always on top of all activities and communications, whether with seller agent, or with home inspectors, or with lenders or with escrow officers. She always communicated with us promptly. She got all the document signing done online, which was very effective. But she always followed up any document signing with a separate email or call to explain things further. We found her interactions very helpful. It was great working with Pat Helton during the entire home buying process, and we will recommend her to all our friends and colleagues who are interested in a home purchase.

Pat certainly exceeded our RE expectations. Always professional and deliberately on time. All our house visits were planned ahead, accurately and efficiently. She never left a question or request unanswered. In a very few occasions that she was not available, she had already assigned her assistants to be available and help us with any requests that we had. We ended up making an offer on our future home on the day before Christmas while Pat was on her scheduled out of state holiday vacation, but even that, didn't stop her from making herself immediately available and taking care of all the necessary calls and paper works remotely. Her local RE connections and negotiation skills, even in the current hot sellers market, saved us more than a few thousands of dollars and lastly I was impressed with Pat's knowledgeable work during the house inspection phase.

I wish I could take Pat Helton with me to where ever I move to the rest of my life to buy and sell any houses in my future! She is positively the most thorough, professional, and easy to work with realtor I have ever met. All of the upgrades she suggested I make before listing were spot on! I grumbled and didn’t want to do a few of them but did them anyway and she was so right! I’m certain that all of those things were a bit part of the reason I got top dollar for my home.
