Professional Experience

Norine Neyhouse is Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Walnut Creek office, overseeing a team of more than 75 real estate professionals.

Norine earned her real estate license in 1979.   Since then, she has been active in real estate sales and management as well as mortgage lending in the Bay Area.   In 1997, Norine became associated with Coldwell Banker as an agent.   Shortly thereafter, she became the Assistant Manager of her office.

As Assistant Manager, Norine served as the New Sales Associate Mentor Program Coordinator, she was a member of the Sales Associate Advisory Council and taught real estate training courses.

Business Philosophy

As a Manager, Norine provides a strong background in training and coaching.   She enjoys assisting Sales Associates develop their business plan by providing

on-going support and helping them to set and exceed their career goals.  

Norine’s capability to motivate and encourage her Sales Team is highly regarded.   She consistently inspires everyone around her to perform to the best of their ability.     Additionally, Norine uses her sales and technical savvy in educating and mentoring her office.  

Personal Background

An east bay native, Norine resides in Danville with her husband Steve, a Manager for AT & T, and her son Nicholas.   She speaks fluent Italian and enjoys gardening.
