Michelle Adams started her Silicon Valley real estate career in 1987, specializing in the areas of Saratoga, Los Gatos, Cupertino, West San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and Mountain View. She has extensive experience representing sellers who need to relocate quickly and also representing buyers who desire 100% financing or purchasing with equity share, investor capital.

Michelle’s specialty is locating affordable homes for buyers, or selling remodeled homes at slightly higher than usual market pricing when working with sellers. During the recent multiple offer market, Michelle completed several bidding-war transactions representing both buyers and sellers.

In the past market fluctuations, Michelle became very experienced with closing difficult sales such as short sales. When the market slows and homes take a longer that average time to sell, Michelle uses her artistic background to create inventive marketing strategies that bring in more buyers for greater exposure to many diverse purchasers’ housing tastes.

Michelle also completed several land sales, locating parcels with the optimum opportunity for a builder to maximize his profits when the construction process is completed. Ask her about her success record representing builders and end-user homebuilders who needed guidance with the entire development process, including negotiating with the city planning and building departments, regulations and code compliance.

In previous careers, Michelle Adams owned an interior design firm for ten years, re-designing furnishings for entire homes or remodeling apartment complex lobbies and community rooms, as well as hotels in San Francisco.

When Michelle worked for large international corporations, she changed their marketing style, which resulted in tripling retail product sales and doubling related product sales. A corporate owner friend of Michelle asked her to solve his interstate business expansion problem; she helped him to increase his business more than one hundred times.

In 1983, Michelle Adams achieved a designation membership in the “Outstanding Young Women In America” list. Currently she spends her free time reading business journals, discussing politics, attending church and staging homes.
