I live in Pasadena California in the San Rafael hillside community adjacent to the world
famous Rose Bowl and golf course. I grew up in South Pasadena.

I attended the University of Cal Poly Pomona where I received a B.S. degree in real estate,
finance and law with a minor in marketing.

I began my real estate career as a loan officer for Prudential Mortgage in Monterey Park, Ca. Through long hours, hard work and the ability to meet the needs and satisfaction of my growing clientele, I was able to open my own mortgage and escrow company, Cornerstone Lending and David Michael Realtors. Established in 2002, Cornerstone grew to four brick and mortar locations Pasadena, Beverly Hills, Sacramento and Las Vegas.

challenging economic times.

ON THE STRIP IT WAS SINK OR SWIM.

Growing up I had a passion for Hard Rock and Heavy Metal music. I played rhythm guitar
and backing vocal for several bands while making a name for myself on the Sunset Strip.
It was there that I believe I was able to sharpen my sales skills into what they have
become today. On the Strip it was sink or swim as new groups popped up every week
jockeying for recognition and notoriety. It was in the Jungles of Hollywood that I met the
most unexpected girl who would share with me my biggest accomplishment to date: The
birth of our son Adan.

Our son was the final piece I needed in order to tie every aspect of
my life’s experiences together and by incorporating this ethic and drive into my daily business
routine and negotiation I have become a strong entity capable of results that put me amongst
the top agents in my field.
