Lee has a 38 year history in the area, is a 3rd generation in real estate, and attended Flintridge Prep, Boston University and Temple University. His Award winning real estate production is backed by 15 years in architecture, reflecting a passion for the clients needs and the spaces they inhabit. The current 2013 market still requires Lee's experience with Short Sales and Bank-Owned purchases. While his foundation in construction, private home design, and national client management also add valuable perspectives, ranging from understanding home inspection issues to tough negotiations.
