My intention is to provide each client with exceptional service, and to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with the people I serve. Real estate services are so much more than simply helping you buy or sell a piece of property. It's making sure your overall experience is handled well and successful.

Professional Experience

I have experience in representing both Sellers and Buyers. I partner with my Sellers to present their home at its best, price it right and market it attractively. I prequalify prospective Buyers, and negotiate the best outcome for my clients. I work with my Buyers to find them their dream house, present the most powerful offer and project manage a complex transaction from day one to handing them their housekeys.

I have been awarded the Presidents Circle designation for 2005. I now ranked in the top 7% of Coldwell Banker nationally.

Personal Background

A California Native, I have always lived in the Bay Area. I became interested in becoming a Realtor during the process of purchasing my first home. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, skiing, hiking, motorcycle riding, martial arts, ceramics and reading. My community involvement includes participating in Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Rebuilding Together and Coldwell Banker's Donate-A-Phone program.

Education & Goals

I am currently enrolled in the Dominican University to receive a degree in Eco Dwellings. It is a passion and a goal of mine to help create a world where people thrive in buildings and communities sustained by a healthy connection between the natural and built environment. I want to help connect consumers and building professionals with the tools and technical expertise they need to build quality green buildings.
