I am a Los Angeles based real estate specialist serving most of the Los Angeles micro markets. I specialize in listing and selling fine homes in the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Malibu areas. My speciality is marketing properties to international buyers for their personal or investment use. I have sold almost every home in the Sunset Strip and almost $1 billion in real estate in all of Los Angeles. I am associated with the leading real estate firm in our market, nationwide and internationally, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.

I enjoy helping my clients find and sell architectural or unique properties. What do I consider to be a architectural or luxury property? It is a home or an estate that has a special quality, a distinct design that makes a statement. This can be a Mid-Century home, a simple Craftsman, a Mediterranean estate, or a cool Modern for example.

My partner, Joe Reisman, is a seasoned attorney and Realtor® and sharp negotiator. Joe is in charge of our international division. In my past employment at Keller Williams Real Estate, my sales were #12 out of 80,000 agents nationwide.
