Besides my commitment to the field, I have the advantage of being a Mandarin speaking, San Francisco native who grew up with Real Estate professionals (both parents are Realtors). More important to my Clients is my experience in marketing/advertising as I assist them in determining a fair market price, identifying buyers or a location, valuating offers and negotiating contracts.
