Professional Experience

John Agresta is the Manager of Coldwell Banker Northern California’s Morgan Hill office, incorporating a team of more than 75 real estate professionals.  As Manager, John oversees sales activity and general operations of the award-winning and prominent South County office.

John and his wife Donna were top sales Agents for Coldwell Banker Morgan Hill from 1995 to 2001.  John was then appointed Managing Broker for another Morgan Hill brokerage from 2001 until his return to Coldwell Banker in October of 2008. 

John entered real estate in 1988 following a distinguished career as a teacher and high school administrator.  He began his career as a part-time Realtor, eventually leaving education entirely and devoting his talents and energy to building a very successful business.  During his 13 years as a Sales Associate, John was consistently one of the top listing and selling Agents in all of South County.

During his years as Managing Broker, John was responsible for recruiting Agents and growing a very large brokerage.  Whether selling, listing or managing, John’s pursuit of excellence has always been his standard. 

Personal Background

John resides in Morgan Hill with his wife, Donna.  They have two children and two grandchildren.  In addition to his dedication to his career and his devotion to his family, John also enjoys spending time on his beloved boat, The Rigatoni II.
