John was born and raised in the Elk Grove's community. He served as a legislative director for four years at the Capitol and as a legal aide in Washington DC, where he concentrated on Agricultural and Economic Development before returning to the area. He obtained his Realtors license and began working as a buyer's agent for Diane Pennisi. Being born and raised in rural Wilton has helped establish his endless relationships with local land owners. Just as with the rest of the Pennisi Group it is referrals that are the life line of John's business. With the Pennisi group not only do their clients trust them, but the community does as well.
