Emy Cosio-Barron has been an active Realtor since 1988. She has been a consistent Top-Producer every year since 1988, without exception. She is a member of, Chairman’s Circle of Excellence and International President’s Circle. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, the Marin Association of Realtors and San Francisco Board of Realtors.

Emy specializes in Residential Real Estate in Marin County and San Francisco. Her range of sales experience covers most areas of Real Estate Brokerage including new construction, custom homes, condominiums, vacant lots, acreage, probates, foreclosures, trusts, relocation's and planned unit developments. A Business Degree from Golden Gate University and her previous work history prepared her well for the consuming details; the people, communication and negotiation skills necessary for every successful escrow.
