Deana Avila

Deana is a Seventh Generation Californian, born and raised in South Orange County.  Deana Graduated from UCLA, with a degree in Sociology and minored in Communications Studies. Deana is the 4th generation owner of her family’s insurance business, The George L. Brown Insurance Agency in San Clemente. She is a top producer in her business and has always had a great passion for real estate. Deana has a deep understanding for her clients needs and brings professionalism, knowledge and is extremely personable which help make her clients feel very comfortable.  

Deana is a former Miss California, USA 1995 and a member of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution).  Deana’s ancestors on her father’s side once occupied and were the original owners of the famous “Avila Adobe” on Olvera Street which is the oldest existing residence in Los Angeles.  Deana currently resides in Laguna Niguel with her husband Duane Linn and her two young daughters, Eva-Marie and Ella.
