Cathy has obtained the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation, recognized by lenders as being an important designation for a Broker / Realtor to allow diligent handling of Short Sales. Understanding the Short Sale process is complex and requires complete understanding of the lender's needs and requirements, as well as borrower qualifications and documentation.

As a sign of the times, Cathy has spent the last four and a half years counseling troubled homeowners looking for solutions to ever-increasing housing expenses and debts, while managing decreasing income levels. Cathy's sincere passion for helping clients through their troubled circumstances and understanding the complexity of each unique situation has developed through years of listening to countless hardship stories and evaluating appropriate solutions for each individual. Also, understanding the lending industry and benefits of homeownership from a tax perspective, allows Cathy to cousel "first-time homebuyers in taking the first step towards achieving goals, as well as planning for the future.
Cathy is involved with community support groups that support and advocate Special Needs Children. She is a proponent in educating the public regarding Special Needs Children and Adults unique challenges, as well as what they have to offer.
Cathy has been working in family-run businesses since the age of thirteen, so having a sincere and dedicated work ethic has always been key. Dedicated work ethic and attention to every detail; being a conscientious member of a team, allows success to flow through the business. As an adult, Cathy has enjoyed a great career in Management in the Lending Industry. This has been an important platform for the Real Estate Sales profession, instilling passion for helping others find satisfaction in their Real Estate transactions. Living in California her whole life and specifically calling Orange County home for over 25 years, has enabled Cathy to enjoy a variety of activities, traditions and events.
