I serve the Real Estate needs of San County residents on a full time basis. I work all areas of San Diego County, but specialize in North County properties; beach communities; and corporate relocations. I also have been very successful in helping out of state owners with selling their homes. I have a group of preferred vendors that allow me to facilitate the full process of listing your home, preparing it for sale (donating/consigning/discarding of personal items and painting/installing flooring, etc.), getting it on the market, and getting it in escrow in the shortest amount of time for the best price.
