Jeff has provided excellent service by finding tenants for my multi-unit building in Sierra Madre for the last two years. He takes care of things that I am not aware of and has found the best quality renters.

Jeff Rimerman is an excellent agent for anyone to work with. His down to earth and no none sense approach makes the house hunting process much easier. In the Southern California real estate market, having the right agent that fit your needs is vital and of great importance. Jeff is that right agent with his years of experience and his diligent and hard working mentality. He does what needs to be done without taking any shortcuts. There is just too many real estate agents in today's market, but with that being said, I would highly recommend Jeff for anyone looking for assistance in purchasing a home.

Jeff was always there to help, weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings...even late at night to meet in a parking lot to get some important papers signed. He really helped through the whole process. He answered all of my questions and provided a lot of insight on the home buying process.

Jeff showed us a few houses in the Pasadena area. He was quite knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for. Unfortunately, there weren't many homes available within our budget that we really liked, so we did not purchase. But we will definitely be keeping Jeff in mind when we're ready to look again.

Jeff was extremely nice & helpful when looking for a place. We were trying to find a 4 bedroom place, which wasn't easy, but Jeff was right on top of it & was really knowledgeable.
