Business Philosophy

A committment to a standard of excellence in customer service and the highest level of integrity are the cornerstones of my business.  I am excited to be able to provide quality service to my clients and hope to inspire them to achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Education and Training

Upon graduating from California State University at Long Beach with a degree in Home Economics and Interior Design, Keriann began working in Design and Project Management for a firm specializing in professional office solutions.  After working in Los Angeles for 4 years, Keriann relocated to the Bay Area.  Her project management and design experience led her to an office planning position for the corporate headquarters of Mervyn's. 

After working in the corporate world, Keriann began to focus her attention on  Real Estate advertising and marketing for a major Bay Area Real Estate company.  She developed advertising design and layout and implemented a very successful strategy to position her company as a regional leader.

Oncce her children began school, she volunteered for the local elementary and junior high schools in Morgan Hill.  Keriann remains very involved in the local education system and is known for her committment to ensuring that our children have what they need to succeed in school.

She attended Kaplan Real Estate School and received her Sales Associate license and has been providing outstanding service to her buyer's and sellers ever since. 

Areas of Expertise

Being an involved mother of two, Keriann realises how important the local schools are when making a decision to purchase a home.  She has lived in the bay area since 1994 and her knowledge of various neighborhoods throughout Santa Clara county is a valuable asset in providing quality service.

Community Involvement

Keriann volunteers at Saint Catherine's Church & School in Morgan Hill and is active in the Parent Teacher Guild.  She also has volunteered as a troop leader for the local Girl Scouts troops since 2003.
