Education and Training
I became a licensed real estate agent in 1989 after buying and selling properties for several years. In 1994, I continued my education and became a licensed real estate broker. As a broker, I am constantly studing and keeping up my education. I specialize in bank repossessions and short sales. During the last five years, the banks often change and improve their guidelines.
