I've learned that helping people buy and sell homes requires that you start by listening. I am that good listener.

My background includes an understanding of a wide group of individuals. Having traveled extensively as well as having worked and lived in Europe, Africa, Asia, Central American and South American, I have developed a unique perspective regarding the importance of individual attention and service while in the house selling or home finding process.

My selection of Coldwell Banker was taken with the same attention to detail as I dedicated to my time as a teacher and Montessori School Administrator, Owner, and Directress. I wanted to insure that I was supported by the best real estate brand in the industry.

Education and Training

I attended Chico State University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Education and earned my teaching credential. I furthered by education attending the University of Oregon and earned a Master's Degree in Educational Policy and Management.

For 12 years, I owned and operated my own hands-on Montessori children's school. I taught English as a second language in Costa Rica for three years as well. I've traveled all over the world and met so many different types of people from various cultures and backgrounds. I've learned to love and respect the many different peoples of this world.

Because of my world travels and years teaching, my life experiences have seamlessly helped me create a successful career in Real Estate. I've learned to be patient and listen to people so that I can truly understand the wants and needs they have. And not just people here in Southern California, but across the world from many different walks of life.

My career, life experience and specialized skills make me the perfect Real Estate Agent for just about anyone!

The day of our meeting with Viktoria we also had 2 other realtors meet with us. Before the day was over we had decided to hire Viktoria. This was the best decision we could have made. In my opinion Viktoria went above and beyond what any other realtor would do ..I am pretty ignorant when it comes to business matters and any time I had a question Viktoria was right there answering my questions.
