John Gudebski is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Sacramento-Sierra Oaks office, who specializes in high-end residential properties in the Sacramento region. As a designated Luxury Property Specialist John leads the Gudebski Group, a team he formed to better serve those buyers and sellers who expect and deserve creative solutions and responsive attention.

John entered the profession in 2009 working with Lyon Real Estate in Sacramento for two years. He quickly rose to the ranks of top producer, earning the title of executive producer for 2010, and became a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club before moving to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2011. John has qualified to join Coldwell Banker’s exclusive circle of highly productive agents, The International President’s Elite.

Prior to his work in real estate, John served as an attorney in the San Francisco and East Bay areas, as president and chief executive officer of the Sacramento Jet Center, a business aviation service organization, and was a renovator of high end homes in the Sierra Oaks, Wilhaggin and Carmichael communities.

Community Involvement
John is an active member of the Sacramento area community and, among his volunteer efforts, served twelve years as a trustee of the Sacramento Country Day School and as a committee member of KVIE.
