Personal Background
Josephine's passion in her work is to assist clients with their needs and see to the end that their dreams come true and their needs satisfied.
After graduating with a degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, she began her career as a social worker. When presented with a rare opportunity, she was introduced to the escrow industry and became an escrow officer. Josephine gained invaluable real estate knowledge and legal background during her escrow career. After working in the escrow industry for nine years, she decided to take on the leading role in the real estate field to become a Realtor.
Josephine has been a Realtor since 1994. The majority of her business comes from referrals and repeat business. Her professionalism, integrity, sincerity, and patience have earned respect and trust from her clients and have earned her a successful life-long career. The relationship with her clients go beyond the transaction because of her honesty and drive to do the right thing. She believes that every transaction has to be a win-win situation for everyone or there's no deal. She places her clients first; she communicates with them to understand how she can help and then stays committed in all aspects to the end. She has a positive attitude and a cheerful personality. She can also effect the people around her with the same qualities.
In today's changing market, negotiating skills and accurate pricing are Josphine's most valuable talents. In addition to her residential real estate portfolios, Josephine also has great experience in the commercial field. She has managed and sold class ''A'' commercial buildings, multiple unit investment properties, vacant lands, a 700-acre vineyard, as well as new home developments. During her real estate career, Josephine has received the highest honor in 2004 for receiving the Chairman's Circle Platinum award from her past affiliate company. She received the International President's Preview, Top 100 Award from Coldwell Banker in 2013, and the International President's Elite Award from Coldwell Banker in 2022.
In contributing to her success in real estate, Josephine is also multi-lingual. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese. Josephine currently resides in Pasadena with her family.
